Near Far Photo Meeting

So we have all seen the stunning images of the fields of wild flowers with the gorgeous mountains in the background and thought how do they do it?

A true inspiration Jennifer Wu

In reality the near far technique seems stunningly simple but complex in theory.  Some even say they don't have to do much to get the long depth of field.  But is it tack sharp from edge to edge?  The process to create stunning images such as this one is called Hyperfocal Photography.  Come and meet up with us and learn how to create similar images!  If you have a smart phone with access to App store you can prepare by downloading the Depth of Field Calculator App.  The equipment list for this months shoot is pretty short bring your Camera, wide angle lens, and your tripod.  The wider the angle the more fun it will be!  Other items that may enhance the shoot would be polarizers, neutral density filters, and split neutral density filters.

When?  Sunday January 30th at 4pm
Where?  "H" Bay
Isn't Google maps GREAT!
